My first scratchboard I created at an 18inch x 24inch size. It took me a couple months and lots of sketches. I learned so much and already cannot wait for the next large scratchboard.

Drawing on a scratchboard take a bit of getting used to and there are a variety of tools you can use. Steel wool will give a great cloudy effect while a sharp metal point (which I used here mostly) will give a crisp white line.
