Etching Calligraphy Ketubah
This custom piece was my first etching ketubah. Writing the vows in calligraphy was my favorite part and the letters came out crisp due to the start black & white contrast. I first wrote out the vows very lightly in pencil, then scratched them into the surface. The birds where also quite fun to create by making quick marks with a small blade. I’ve learned a lot and am excited for future adventures!
